At Neople, we’ve always believed that work should feel lighter, more human, and—dare I say it—more joyful. Technology is moving at a breathtaking pace, but too often it makes people feel like they’re running to keep up rather than shaping the journey.
That’s why we’re starting the Joy Lab. It’s a space where we can share the ideas, experiments, and stories that inspire us as we build technology meant to support (not replace) people. We want to explore questions like:
what does it mean to design AI that uplifts rather than overwhelms?
how do we create systems that encourage connection, not just efficiency?
what can joy look like in the tools we use every day?
This Substack won’t be about press releases or product updates. It’s about pulling back the curtain on our thinking: what excites us, what challenges us, and where we see opportunities for more humane, delightful ways of working with AI.
My hope is that The Joy Lab becomes more than a space for content. I want it to feel like a conversation, an ongoing experiment in making technology that fits people’s lives in better, brighter ways.
If that resonates with you, I’d love for you to follow along. 👇
